Nice at first but degrades fast

I've had it for about 3 months. The charge used to hold much longer. Now, even fully charged, it shuts down after about 15 minutes. Also the silicone cover has come loose from the actual vibrator. Now it's doesn't even turn on. It does charge up, but the button doesn't work.
